1. Sponsor
The Europa Eyewear Summer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Europa Eyewear, located at 255 Corporate Woods Pkwy Vernon Hills, IL 60061 (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to authorized Europa Eyewear account holders located in the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on June 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
4. How to Enter
Automatic Entry with Order
Eligible participants will automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying order of $250+ placed online at europaeye.com during the Promotion Period.
Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
To enter without making a purchase, eligible participants may email hello@europaeye.com during the Promotion Period with the subject line “Summer Sweepstakes Entry” and include:
- Full name
- Business/practice name
- Business address
- Phone number
- Email address
Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person/business during the Promotion Period.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
5. Prize
Twelve (1) winners will receive a $50 gift card. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) winners will be selected each week during the Promotion Period in random drawings conducted from all eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. Weekly drawings will occur on or about June 9, June 16, June 23, and July 1, 2026.
Each winner will receive one (1) $50 gift card prize. Entries received during one weekly entry period will not roll over into subsequent weekly drawings.
Winners will be notified via email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner’s name, business name, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy and will be used solely for the administration of this Sweepstakes and related business communications.
12. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to hello@europaeye.com with the subject line “Summer Sweepstakes Winner Request” within thirty (30) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
13. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
